The KOM Lounge was established to offer an affordable shared working environment for contractors doing independent activities and to offer a solution to the problem of isolation that many freelancers experience while working at home.

The KOM Lounge can also be converted into a Function/Training Room or Meeting/Conference Room as it can cater 20-30 individuals. Plus, the accessibility is an advantage as it is located in the heart of the city (C. Bangoy Street).
