About Nenita Farms

Nenita Farms, one of the companies owned and managed by ANFLOCOR, began its operation as a small swine farm set-up in the backyard of the Nenita plantation located in Marapangi, Toril, Davao City. It was put up with the mere intention of putting its excess non-commercial copra to good use, instead of throwing them to waste. Eventually, what used to be a hobby of the company’s founder, Antonio O. Floirendo, Sr., grew to be one of the biggest and modern pig farms in the country.

Because of the growing demand for the production of swine, the management then decided to transfer the pig farm to Nestfarms Inc., which is another affiliate of the Anflo Group of Companies located in Davao del Norte.

Aside from swine production, the company has also established a diversified cropping system for producing pickled products, preserved salsas, and citrus juices.

Some of its bottled products include: papaya pickles, coconut heart pickles, green and yellow mango, fern pickles, gherkins, achara and palm heart pickles. They also have mango-tomato salsa. For juice concentrates, they have calamansi, dayap, and pomelo flavors. All these Nenita Farms products undergo rigid and meticulous preparation that not only ensures fresh and healthy products, but also safe and hygienic processed vegetables and fruits.

Today, Nenita Farms is working on the señorita banana export project.

    Good afternoon Maam/ Sir,
I’m from Visayas State University and a 4th yr veterinary medicine student. Our school has a field practicum curriculum this summer and we like to ask if we can spare a few days to observe and learn from your farm. It’s just two students who can stay in the farm. We hope for your consideration and immediate response. Thank you and Good afternoon again.
