Southern Philippines Medical Center (formerly Davao Medical Center) is a government-owned hospital administered under the Department of Health of the Republic of the Philippines located along J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City, which is about 15 to 20 minutes away (cab ride) from Davao International Airport.

The facility was established way back in 1917 as a 25-bed capacity hospital but now has grown to accomodate thousands of patients.
