Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible in driving the bank’s account holder base growth through effective management of assigned region.

Achieves total region’s account opening targets and topline account acquisition, monthly and annual Partner Outlet expansion targets.

Implements account management Service Level Agreement on providing quality service to customers.

KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST- MINDANAO

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible in the acquisition of Partner Outlets

In-charge of providing operations support to assigned Partner Outlets in specific area/province

Provides assistance to Partner Outlets in business start-up, operations and business strategy

TERRITORY SALES HEAD- SOUTH LUZON

TERRITORY SALES HEAD – SAMAR

TERRITORY SALES HEAD- MISSAMIS OCCIDENTAL

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales and support functions in the designated area/province and attain the set financial goals and operational targets

Responsible in increasing the number of accounts and transaction activities in assigned area

Sources potential savers, borrowers and Partner Outlets thru mapping in the assigned area

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate from reputable School/University
At least 1 yr experience in relevant field.
Good intra and intrerpersonal skills
Hard working and organized
Possess effective time management and organizational skills
Team management
Aggressive sales attitude is a must for Customer Acquisitions Services Group
Background in Loans and Credit services is required for the position.
experience in NGO’s is an advantage for Account Officer position.
Proven Leadership skills
Excellent Communication skills both in Filipino and English
Excellent Managerial/ Management skills
Strong closing skills.
