FOR-STRUCTURAL

1, TERMITE ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (TAMP)
If your building/home is in termite-infested area, there’s nothing like a regular Termite check-up. During this quarterly visit, our trained technician inspects all crevices, surfaces, corners and paces conducive to termite attack treat all signs of infestation by dusting or Trophallaxis method, wood injection, residual spraying or other similar techniques using MAPECON F-3 POWDER termiticide or F3D LIQUID when needed. Regular TAMP inspections and treatments minimize the possibility of infestation by dry and damp wood termites as well as by subterranean termites

2, BEETLE (BUKBOK ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (BAMP)
-Wood-boring beetles or “bukbok” make pinholes in your walls causing sawdust on your floors. Although not as numerous as termites, this pest is much harder to control. We do B.A.M.P. in two main steps:
1. We spray the infested area and non – infested area
2. We inject every pinhole with HI BIG R solutions to wipe out the
Infestation.

3, MAPECON SOIL TREATMENT
– To prevent subterranean termites from damaging your home or building, we treat the soil around by cordoning, trenching or injection methods using MAPECON’s effective F3D Insect Growth Regulator. F3D IGR contains not only time-tested persistent termicides but also MAPECON’s patented household IGR concentrate (Pat. 16556) and organic lignin material (pat. 13155), which long-lastingly bonds the F3D IGR with the soil creating an uninhabitable environment for subterranean termites.

4, MAPECON PERFORATED PIPE TERMITE ABATEMENT AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (MPPTAMP)
– Is a powerful system designed to eliminate the serious problem of subterranean termite infestation in structural construction projects. It consists of a series of perforated pipes embedded in the perimeter and floor slab of the structures that is used to deliver MAPECON’S patented F3D termiticide directly to the source of the problem. The system is designed to be a permanent underground fixture that can be used for convenient and effective treatment of current and future subterranean termite infestations.

FOR NON-STRUCTURAL

1, GENERAL PEST ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
– This service is designed for effective treatment for the control of diseases transmitting, both flying and crawling household and commercial pest such as mosquitoes, cockroaches, flies, ants, spiders and etc. This is accomplished by spraying, misting, brushing of MAPECON Synergies Household Insecticide (HI) on pest. This ingredient, while maximizing its affectivity, has flush out, residual and knockout effects.

2, RAT ABATEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
– Rats and mice cause food poisoning, stomach ailments, four plagues (such as Bubonic, Septicemia, Pneumonic, Sylvatic) and fevers. They also cause structural and wiring damages by gnawing. These pests can be effectively controlled:
1. Installation of Rat Glue on specific areas which prone to rodent attack.
(rat burrows, compound perimeter, warehouse, chicken fence, kitchens, rat passageway ceiling and etc.)
2. Installation of Mechanical Rat Traps in strategic areas. (if necessary only)
3. Installation of Rat Baiting Station in perimeter areas based on assessment. Bait should be changed in a weekly basis.

3,MAPECON MISTING
– is another form of space spraying. Specially formulated water-based MAPECON Household Insecticide (HI) is applied through the use of a misting machine. The solution is converted into fine droplets that are evenly spread in the target spaces/area in certain periods and then allowed to settle down. This treatment is effective for crawling and flying insects, partition of walls are not reached by ordinary sprays.

4, MAPECON FOGGING
– Through the use of a fogger or Ultra Low Volume Machine, we will fog your home, building, warehouse, etc. This is done by heating the chemical solutions in the fogging machine at 60 degrees and then releasing the solution in the form of smoke. This service is designed to knock down all flying insects which can not be reached by spraying like in drainages, canals, ceiling areas and other dark places.
