PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) First call resolution on customer service inquires and issues such as benefits, eligibility and claims, financial spending accounts and correspondence
(2) Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
(3) Intervene with care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists
(4) Assist customers in navigating tools/websites; encourage and reassure them to become self-sufficient
(5) Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member
(6) Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues
(7) Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
(8) Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first calls resolution and attendance

JOB REQUIREMENT:
(1) Must be a 4-year course graduate of ANY course OR at least 2 years college undergraduate
(2) Must have at least 6 months BPO Customer Service experience (any account)
(3) Must be open to working on night shift
(4) Must be open for relocation in Cebu City
