Mahan is in business for about 9 years now, it has catered to various functions and tourist-related activities though her main thrust is for family or group gatherings where people have fun in the sun…it has been catering to various organizations who use the resort as their primary destination for seminars and activities down to individuals who just want to escape the hoi polloi of stressful living. AMENITIES

• gazebo with tree houses (good for 8-10pax) – Php 540 overnight
• aircon dormitory (for 10 pax) – Php 1,750
• non-aircon dormitory for 4 and 8 – Php 400 and Php 800
• cluster rooms (max of 6 pax, fully bedded, with clean toilet and bath, television, air-conditioned) – Php 1,400
• function hall (tables, chairs, lighting, and sound system) – Php 3,000
• entrance fee: adults-Php 35 per day stay / Php 65 per overnight; children are half payment of adults

*grass volleyball court and balls are free of charge, just deposit a valid i.d. for borrowed balls. the resort does not allow propping up of tents and only those guest who has cottages may use their hammocks set up inside their units, no setting up on trees or outside their reserved units, bringing of electrical appliances/implements is also allowed with an extra fee for electrical consumption with the exception of cell phone/iPod/laptop chargers of which are free of charge. Pets are no longer allowed inside the resort. we have a strong dual sourced water supply, clean toilets, and baths, NO corkage (except for outside catering), free usage of cooking area, free firewood (guests should bring their own kitchen implements), with standby generators.
