Food and Beverage Manager

• Graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course
• Must have at least 3-4 years working experience of related field
• Can lead nad manage Restaurant, Banquet and Kitchen Operations
• Must be a team player who works well under pressure and has knowledge in cooking
• Male/Female, 28-40 years old
• Must be an organized leader with initiative
• Applicants must be from Davao City or willing to work in Davao City

Chef

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s /
• College Degree
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Culinary training or extensive cooking and production experience
• Passion for cooking and commitment to quality service
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Knowledge of basic training techniques
• Awareness of local and state health and sanitation laws
• Actively supervises, motivates and disciplines employees
• Assists with hiring and training of all new employees
• Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment
• A team player who demonstrates strong organization and leadership skills
• Works well under pressure and effectively solves problems
• Male, 28-40 years old
• Applicants must be from Davao City or willing to work in Davao City

Business Development Manager / Sales Director

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree
• Male / Female, 28-40 years old
• High ethical standards, analytical ability and excellent communicator
• Diverse experience in Sales, Management and Administration
• Advanced computer skills (e.g. MS Applications)
• Decisive and educated facilitator experienced in resolving conflicts
• Knowledgeable in Sales and Marketing
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and implementing marketing strategies to meet company objectives
• A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• A team player who must have excellent leadership and people managemenent skills
• Should be able to design competitive and cost-effective strategies
• Applicants must be from Davao City or willing to work in Davao City
