Cuencos is a Spanish word for “bowls.” The idea behind Cuencos is to serve familiar, flavorful, and affordable meals in bowls. Eating in bowls brings a certain comfort. Perhaps this has to do with having our first meal in a bowl or learning to eat from one that serving food in Cuencos just brings it right at home.
